9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS
COD may be available for selected products, orders and delivery locations.
For certain COD orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order. The amount will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order.
Illustrative advance amounts may include ₹199 or ₹249, depending on the order and the applicable terms.

- Remaining amount payable on delivery: ₹800
Any disclosed advance forms part of the total order price; it is not an additional fee.
The customer is responsible for paying the remaining amount according to the confirmed order terms.
Advance payments, cancellations, failed deliveries and refunds will be handled according to the applicable order terms, our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. An advance payment will not automatically be treated as forfeited in every situation.
COD availability and any applicable advance requirement will be communicated before order confirmation.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible through our official WhatsApp or email support.
10.1 Before Dispatch
Cancellation requests received before dispatch may be accepted, subject to order status and applicable law.
For prepaid orders, any refund due will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10.2 After Dispatch
