A clear and uninterrupted Box Opening / Unboxing Video is mandatory for all Exchange-related claims.
The video must clearly show:

✔️ All Products Received
✔️ Product Condition Immediately After Opening

⚠️ Claims submitted without a valid Box Opening Video may not be eligible for verification, approval, or Exchange.
⚠️ Edited, cropped, incomplete, blurred, or unclear videos may not be accepted.
